Bellevue Berry Farm // Case Study

Overview: The Bellevue Berry & Pumpkin Ranch is a family run business that has entertained the Douglas and Sarpy county area for over 30 years. While much has changed around the farm, they are still committed to providing visitors with a down home unique country experience. Specifically in the Fall, the farm transforms into a pumpkin patch with daytime activities and nighttime scares. This past Fall, the Eleven Twenty-Three team helped with the marketing for both activities. With two different demographics, the challenge was how to reach both audiences over the short window of time. (Hey, it’s October…on the 31st everyone turns into a pumpkin, right?) Our campaign strategy included a customized creative message for each separated demographic and ran across multiple mediums with quite a bit of promotional elements included.

Results: The Farm saw an increase of 60% in attendance across both daytime and nighttime activities. Much of the media world took notice in the campaign, so they also saw an increase in news coverage. One day on-site they had over 5,000 people on property breaking a record of onsite attendance in a single day which was featured on KETV, ABC Channel 7.
