2019 Re-Bath Omaha Case Study

Objective

Re-Bath is the nation’s largest bathroom remodeler. Our agency has had the pleasure of working with the Omaha franchisee for over 5-years. Our goal is to increase leads by driving traffic to the website for people to learn more about the brand and call to schedule their appointment to meet with a design consultant.

Execution

We’ve created a message for the Omaha location that educates customers on Re-Bath’s services. We have to stand apart from competitors, so it’s important that potential customers understand Re-Bath is not a cover-up company. The brand is a full custom remodeler that has all staff in-house to do the job from start to finish. In alignment with the creative message, we needed an aggressive advertising campaign for maximum visibility. Our campaign targets women as a primary with a secondary demo of adults 60+ looking for aging and accessibility options. We have multiple creative sets on digital that allow us to reach the separate audiences with the creative specific to their product needs. Along with the traditional and digital buy we added in a community tie in with the MS society where Re-Bath gave away a bathroom to a recipient in need of modifications in their home. This in return allowed for additional pr efforts centered around this event. Re-Bath was acknowledged at the MS Society walk that takes place in May at the Storm Chasers Ballpark. Our geographic area for the campaign included the Omaha metro area along with surrounding cities that Re-Bath services within their territory.
