RESULTS
Within the network, we are seeing increases year to date for all markets we service. We measure KPI’s per market to make sure we are staying on track for leads and revenue. Often, as most of us know, once the lead comes in it is up to the internal team to sell it. We understand this, but our team takes a different approach by providing consulting services if there is something operationally that needs adjusted to help conversions. We work closely with the Re-Bath corporate team and local franchisee to help get the team back on track. It’s important for us to see that the markets we service are successful. We also work closely with corporate to maintain brand standards in all creative messaging, and overall each market continues to see anywhere from a 10% - 40% lift in sales year to date.
WORKING WITH FRANCHISES
The Eleven Twenty-Three team prides itself on creating a roadmap to success for any franchise network. We work with many corporate franchise marketing teams to help them with their media and/or creative needs. Once we understand the brand and goals of the corporate team, we find ourselves as the perfect voice for the local franchisee communications. We tailor our plans to the local market they service and understand each market is unique and must be treated that way, all while maintaining overall brand consistency across the country. Understanding how a franchise works is important when designing the perfect media plan. This is how we continue to see the growth we are seeing for those we service. Our team does the local market research, aligns with the brand and becomes a valuable resource to the corporate team and local franchisee. Being with a partner you can trust is important.
